< has a friend who went kind of manic and spent ages training a carefully selected team for the elite four - his starter must have been in the seventies before he went in
< beat them all in one go with a team that i none-too-meticulously selected over the course of the game, and that were all in their late forties / early fifties at the most. the four were all level fifty-ish pushovers, though the mini-cutscenes to get up to battle them were fugging epic!
< (however, when you go back, they're all in the seventies and just completely scared the pants off me)
< loves just about everything about Pokemon Black, except maybe for the way the male protagonist picks up items
